Full-Time Barista - Join the Glaze & Roll Team!

At Glaze & Roll, we take pride in using local produce and delivering top-quality coffee and food with every serving. We’re on the lookout for skilled baristas to join our team at our various kiosk locations.

What We 're Looking For:

☕ Experience is essential - a minimum of 1 year in a similar barista role.
☕ Passion for coffee - we want someone who understands and appreciates great coffee.
☕ Excellent customer service skills - bring the craic and a smile to work every day!
☕ Flexibility - must be available for a mix of shifts throughout the week and weekends.
☕ Preferred : Level 2 (or willingness to achieve it).

Your Role & Responsibilities

Prepare and serve our premium coffee to the highest standard.
Operate tills, handling both cash and card transactions accurately.
Engage with customers, answering inquiries and providing product knowledge, including allergen information.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the work environment.
Be an ambassador for Glaze & Roll, embracing our brand and sharing ideas.
