About the Role
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence and brand awareness of Harley Jai Care Limited. This role involves managing social media, content creation, SEO, paid advertising, and website updates to drive engagement, reach, and lead generation for our domiciliary care, complex care, and nursing services. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with the company’s mission and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management:
- Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Manage and optimise social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor KPIs and analytics to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
2. Content Creation & Brand Awareness:
- Create and manage engaging digital content, including blog posts, infographics, email campaigns, and video content.
- Collaborate with the Digital Content Presenter and creative team to produce high-quality visual and written content.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, company values, and healthcare industry standards.
3. SEO & Website Management:
- Optimise website content and structure to improve search engine rankings (SEO).
- Manage website updates, ensuring content remains relevant, informative, and aligned with marketing goals.
- Track and report on website traffic, conversion rates, and SEO performance.
4. Paid Advertising & Lead Generation:
- Plan and execute Google Ads, social media ads, and other PPC campaigns to generate leads.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively and track return on investment (ROI).
- Develop retargeting strategies to increase client conversions.
5. Social Media & Community Engagement:
- Develop and schedule social media content to maintain an active and engaging online presence.
- Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers or partners to expand brand reach.
6. Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyse, and report performance metrics across all digital channels.
- Use insights to refine marketing strategies, enhance engagement, and improve user experience.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging digital marketing tools, and best practices.
About the Applicant
Essential Criteria:
- Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content marketing.
- Experience in managing SEO, PPC, and email marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media tools.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong content creation skills for web, social media, and email campaigns.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to interpret data analytics and marketing insights.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, creative, and results-driven mindset.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience working in the healthcare or social care sector.
- Knowledge of compliance and data protection in digital marketing.
- Experience with WordPress, CRM systems, or email automation tools.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and partnerships.
