Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times.
• Help with the storage of food items and supplies, ensuring proper rotation and labelling.
• Dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

• Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is advantageous but not essential.
