The Role

We are looking for a Production Manager to join our team in Bridge of Allan. This role offers autonomy and the opportunity to contribute to our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee site production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality.

• Manage production planning, safety, quality control, customer service, and cost management.

• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain a site that is always operational and audit-ready.

• Work closely with the management team to align with business and customer needs.

• Support innovation, implementing effective production processes.

• Foster a proactive and high-performance team culture.

• Lead and develop the production team, ensuring training and safety.

• Uphold company values, including ethics, integrity, and sustainability.

• Provide weekend cover on a rotational basis.

• Act as Deputy for the Operations Manager when needed.

What We 're Looking For

• Experience in FMCG (food manufacturing preferred).

• Relevant food qualifications (BSc, HACCP, Food Hygiene Intermediate) are a plus.

• Strong background in health and safety management.

• Proven ability to meet operational, quality, and cost targets.

• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

• Strong attention to detail.
