  • Build, develop and mentor junior BI developers and analysts to enhance their technical skills.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience developing and optimising BI solutions, preferably in a consultancy or client-facing role.

  • Expert in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools, with the ability to build complex dashboards and reports

  • Strong SQL skills, with experience in query optimisation and performance tuning.

  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as AWS (Redshift, Athena), Azure (Synapse), or Google Cloud (BigQuery).

  • Experience in data modelling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions.

  • Knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analytics is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance principles.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and explain complex technical concepts in business terms.

  • Experience working in agile environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
