Digital Marketing Executive (D2C)
Full-time role based in Ascot, Berkshire, United Kingdom (hybrid working)

The role:
We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a digital-savvy professional with a passion for marketing to shape Frog Bikes’ direct-to-consumer (D2C) online presence and help grow our global community. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing and optimising our digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate sales.
Email marketing
- Create and execute D2C email campaigns to nurture leads, promote products, engage customers and drive revenue (using Klaviyo)
- Segment and manage the email database for personalised communication
- Manage and maintain automated email flows within Klaviyo to drive revenue, ALV and warranty sign-ups
Paid advertising campaigns
- Planning and execution of PPC and social media ad campaigns
- Track, analyse and optimise the performance of paid campaigns, providing actionable insights
- Management of digital advertising budget
Search engine optimisation (SEO)
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO optimisations
- Support the E-Commerce Manager to implement recommended optimisations
- Monitor and analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs
Analytics & reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, and optimise campaigns accordingly
- Monitor industry trends and report findings to the marketing team
- Prepare monthly reports summarising key metrics and achievements
Content creation & social media management
- Develop and curate engaging content for Frog Bikes’ digital platforms, including social media (X, Facebook and Instagram), website, and email campaigns
- Produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content
- Monitor and engage with the social media community, responding to comments and messages
- Manage the planning and execution of the social media and email marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and align with brand objectives
- Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimise engagement
Ambassador & brand collaboration management
- Identify, recruit, and maintain strong relationships with ambassadors/influencers who align with Frog Bikes’ values
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute engaging competitions with brand partners, managing aspects from prize coordination to promotional strategies while tracking performance for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Qualification in digital marketing or a related field is necessary
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a digital marketing role
- Hands-on experience with social media management, email marketing platforms (preferably Klaviyo), PPC, and SEO best practices
- Experience in setting up, running and analysing PPC campaigns
- Proficient in digital tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve strategies
- Must be collaborative and able to effectively prioritise and meet deadlines
- Creative thinker with a proven ability to develop innovative campaigns
- Highly organised with good attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be able to travel to the Ascot, Berkshire office at least once a week

This full-time role will report to the Marketing Manager, and work closely with Frog 's marketing team, customer services and sales managers. This will be an interesting and varied role providing much scope for career development.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
