An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new Marketing Manager to join our busy team. Due to a planned restructure, we’ll be taking on a new Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading our Marketing team, and driving the strategic direction of our marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, innovative, and have a proven track record in marketing and enhancing brand visibility. The role will involve promoting our UK and export sales across all divisions through the use of technology and other marketing strategies in order to reach a wide audience and maximise our business potential.

From name badges and pens, to packaging and stickers, our Marketing Manager will get involved in all of our exciting divisions.

Responsibilities to include:

• Day-to-day management of marketing staff, whose tasks will consist of:

Ø Website management/maintenance

Ø Language translations

Ø Social media advertising

Ø Email campaigns

Ø Blogs

Ø Sales catalogues/magazines

Ø Google

Ø Amazon/eBay sales etc.

• Organising the addition of new products/divisions as required
• Pro-active sales growth - keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technology
• Considering alternative advertising methods/marketing strategies
• Understanding fluctuations in sales and establishing trends
• Collating competitor/market information
• Cross-communication with customer service
• Cross-communication with sales
