Chef de Partie (F/T)

At The Duke on the Test we are passionate about providing the best possible dining experience for our customers, using both produce and suppliers from the local area.
Located on the outskirts of Romsey and close to the River Test, we are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie who is excited to be involved in this new venture. Supporting the Head Chef is essential, as well as being part of a great team. Ideally you will have some food health and hygiene knowledge and at least 1 years’ experience of working in a busy kitchen.
You will have a good knowledge of fresh and seasonal food and should possess a positive and can-do attitude, be reliable and enthusiastic for this fast-paced environment. We expect commitment and dedication but we’ll reward you for it.
