We are currently seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements to determine window and door sizes as well as double glazed units. The role involves hybrid working indoors in the office and outdoors, using various tools to collect accurate data.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys to establish access, labour requirements and materials needed

• Analyse survey information and prepare reports

• Identify potential obstacles or hazards on job sites

• Ordering windows and doors from suppliers after site measurements are taken.

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience: Minimum 7 years

• Proficiency in using surveying tools such as levels, total stations, and GPS devices

• Knowledge of building plans, schematics, and technical drawings

• Ability to interpret and work from architectural drawings

• Experience in roof inspections, painting, plastering, using power tools, plumbing, carpentry and glazing work

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
