Your Role as an Early Years Educator (Level 3): As a key member of our team, you will shape the daily experiences of children aged 0-5, helping them embark on their educational journey with confidence and enthusiasm.
What You’ll Do:
- Create Engaging Activities: Design and implement exciting, age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity and encourage learning.
- Foster a Safe Space: Provide a warm, supportive environment where children feel secure to explore and grow.
- Build Strong Relationships: Collaborate with children, parents, and colleagues to build a cohesive, communicative community.
- Track Progress: Monitor and document children’s development, sharing insights and achievements with parents and caregivers.
- Maintain Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of care, adhering to all statutory requirements and nursery policies.
Job Details:
- Hours: Full-time, 4 days a week, between 8am - 6pm. Day off each week is on a rota basis
- Location: Godalming, Surrey
Requirements:
- Must hold Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education.
- Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to engage and connect with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
- Understanding of safeguarding principles and a proactive approach to promoting child safety and well-being.
