Recruitment Consultant - Industrial
Flexsource are currently hiring an experienced Recruitment Consultant based in our Reading Office for our Industrial and Manufacturing division.
You will need at least one years experience in industrial, commercial or driving recruitment.

We can help design, build and manage entire resourcing and workforce operations.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within Agency Recruitment, either in a 350 role or as a strong Resourcer, the desire to develop into a high performer, be customer focused, have attention to detail and strong motivation to see tasks fully completed.
Primary Duties:
- Business Development - Use your personality to develop key relationships with businesses across the country and beyond. Be pivotal in making Flexsource the Agency of choice in the UK.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Hiring Managers across existing and new business
- Deliver client and candidate satisfaction
- Fully understand KPI process and work towards achieving and exceeding them
- Work collaboratively with teams within the wider CPL group
- Liaise with Clients to understand their requirement needs, always thinking of ways to improve service delivery
- Advertise Client requirements across various job boards and work closely with Marketing Executive to advertise on Social Media platforms
- Attend weekly/monthly site visits to update Clients on progress and service offerings
- Developing existing business and national contracts as well as seeking new business within the segment
- Following up on new business leads
- Reporting to Head of UK on hours, NFI, Targets and business areas
- Candidate Attraction and relationship management.
Requirements:
- Over 1 years’ experience in a fast paced recruitment environment
- The ability to approach customers, candidates and internal stakeholders to develop key relationships
- The ability to plan workloads, stick to KPI’s and have ability to self-reflect, develop and become a key pillar in the team
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Hiring Managers across existing and new business

- Work collaboratively with teams within the wider CPL group*
Skills and Experience:
- 2 years’ experience in Agency Recruitment role, ideally within a Light Industrial OR Technical environment
- Excellent communication, reporting and organisational skills
- Ability to use internal systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Salary & Hours:
£27,000 - £32,000 DOE Performance related bonus/Commission
Monday - Friday
8.30am - 5.00pm (but flexible)
2pm finish on Fridays
Hybrid options based on portfolio demographic to be discussed after successful probation
