About this Opportunity
An exciting opportunity for a Data Partner Analyst! You’ll play an important role in the P&P Data Hub acting as a bridge between People data analytics and stakeholders in our HR division and across the organisation.
You’ll facilitate effective data-driven decision-making by promoting data products, providing actionable insights, and upskilling colleagues in data literacy, ultimately contributing to optimised workforce management and strategic People initiatives.
You’ll also:
- Promote the value of data-driven decision-making by showcasing how HR data products can support business needs.
- Support efforts to simplify and automate reporting and analysis processes, making data more accessible and reducing manual work.
- Work closely with HR teams and other business partners to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
- Analyse HR data and use this to communicate meaningful insights in a clear and engaging way to help us make informed decisions.
- Support efforts to improve data literacy by helping colleagues understand and use data effectively.
- Develop a solid understanding of HR data products, their purpose, and how they can be used to support decision-making and follow standard methodologies in data management to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

What you 'll need
Data Literacy: Comfortable working with data and able to explain insights to non-technical collaborators. Stakeholder Engagement: Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues at different levels. Data Presentation: Ability to communicate data insights clearly through reports, presentations, and visualisations. HR & Organisational Change Knowledge: Some understanding of HR processes and workforce planning would be beneficial. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey insights in a clear and engaging way. Training & Facilitation: Willingness to support data literacy initiatives, helping colleagues become more confident with data. Problem-Solving: Analytical mentality with a proactive approach to solving data-related challenges.
And any experience of these would be really useful
- Data Analysis Tools: Experience with Microsoft Excel and Power BI would be useful, but training can be provided.
- Cloud Technology Knowledge: Some awareness of cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform) is a plus but not essential.
