The Role:

The ‘Client Relationship Manager’ role is a telephone based role and one of the most crucial roles within the business, as this is the first contact with the majority of the Ensum Brown clients and you only get one opportunity to create an outstanding first impression.

Main purpose of the role:

  • Support the business primarily with inbound calls, picking up the phone and booking in valuations or viewings. The role will also have some outbound activities where required.
  • To quick gain and understand the needs of the client
  • While speaking to customers and prospective buyers, collect and discuss other opportunities such as mortgage appointments and valuations
  • Promote all services on the telephone to prospective and existing customers
  • Get results and record accurately the outcomes of calls
  • Objection handle effectively where required
  • Support other divisions with activities as required

Location

Based from our central Royston, Hertfordshire, hub

Working Hours

Full time position (Monday-Friday 8.30am - 6pm, including a rota to cover Saturdays, where a Saturday is worked a day off in the week will be provided)

Salary & Experience

Basic Salary £22k-£25k dependent on experience

An uncapped commission structure is included. Overall Package OTE £30k - £35k

Experienced is preferred but not essential.
