Senior Quantity Surveyor - Facade Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a facade projects background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing costs and contracts for facade projects, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all cost management aspects of facade projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost planning, and risk management assessments.
• Prepare and review tender documentation, contract negotiations, and procurement strategies.
• Manage post-contract cost control, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Work closely with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure budgetary compliance.
• Ensure all commercial activities align with company policies and contract requirements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the facade sector.
• MRICS qualification (or working towards it) preferred.
• Strong understanding of JCT and NEC contracts.
• Experience with cladding, curtain walling, and glazing systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cost management software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
