Role overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and adaptable Illustrator with a flexible style that translates across diverse commercial outputs. You will be equally comfortable working in vector-based illustration as well as hand-drawn and painterly styles, ensuring a dynamic approach to creative challenges. Experience with fantasy illustration is a strong plus, as is expertise in motion design and animation.

Working closely with our design and creative teams, you will be responsible for producing high-quality illustrations and motion assets for a variety of brand campaigns, marketing materials, and digital content. Your keen eye for storytelling and technical execution will bring concepts to life across multiple platforms, from static illustrations to animated sequences.

As an Illustrator/Animator at MHP Group, you will :

• Create high-quality illustrations in a range of styles, from vector to painterly and hand-drawn aesthetics.
• Develop engaging motion graphics and animations to elevate brand storytelling.
• Adapt artwork to fit different formats and mediums, including digital, print, and video.
• Work collaboratively with the creative team to conceptualize and execute compelling visual solutions.
• Ensure brand consistency while bringing innovative and fresh artistic perspectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends in illustration, animation, and motion design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

You will bring :

• 5 years+ of experience in illustration, animation, or motion design, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team.
• A strong portfolio showcasing versatility in illustration styles, including vector, painterly, and hand-drawn techniques.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience in fantasy illustration is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in animation and motion design, with knowledge of industry-standard software.
• Strong understanding of composition, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take creative direction while maintaining originality.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.

Good To Have:

• Experience with 3D design or animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and how illustration enhances digital experiences.
• A passion for exploring new creative techniques and pushing visual boundaries.
