Senior Chef de Partie

We are looking for passionate, driven and hard working chefs to join our team to deliver excellent hand-made, seasonal and contemporary food in our pub. The pub is busy, with around 700+ covers per week and we have a large garden and will be host a variety of events throughout the year, especially in the summer

We are looking for chefs who have a passion for delivering perfectly executed dishes, have an interest in food and produce and are keen to learn. As well as working in our pub, there may be potential to work across our sister outside catering side of the business too which is street food based and offers a variety throughout the role.

We are keen to find passionate chefs to join our fun and hardworking team and help us to continue to grow.

Main Responsibilities:

• Take care, of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the Head Chef to meet the standard and the quality of food.
• Follow the instructions and recommendations from the Head Chef to complete the daily tasks.
• Ensure that the highest of standards of food quality, service and cleanliness are achieved.
• Ensure that production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality.
• Must have ability to follow instruction and work on your own initiative
• Must maintain the highest standards of hygiene and work to the EHO guidelines

• 5 days per week
• Ability to work under pressure

• Attention to detail, with ability to follow high standards

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £24k-£27k plus £5-6k tips per annum

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
