The 4-star Ilsington Country House Hotel and Spa, located on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park is looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie. The Restaurant holds 2 AA rosettes for cuisine, with all food being freshly prepared on the premises. There is also a bistro which offers more informal dishes.

It would be beneficial to have had previous experience in a similar environment and used to producing quality food. Must be passionate about food, willing to learn and a good team player.

We are a small, friendly team and a busy, family owned and run hotel with a passion for hospitality. Under the leadership of our Head Chef of 25 years, you will be properly trained and looked after with an opportunity to further your career in a quality environment.

You will work 5 days out of 7 and be entitle to 28 days holiday per year. Remuneration will be between £26,000 and £29,000 depending on experience. Mainly straight shifts.

Transport is essential due to our location. We are 4 miles from A38 and Bovey Tracey/Trago Mills in the small village of Ilsington.

There is no live-in accommodation with this position although use of a hotel bedroom may be provided short term.
