Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist with food preparation and ensure all dishes are cooked timely and accurately
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes
• Help with stock rotation and inventory management

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices
• Understanding of food safety principles
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
