Our Customer Care Advisors provide help and support to our existing clients with an emphasis on retention, our bespoke IT systems and processes are designed to support you in providing exceptional customer service at all times and will give you the opportunity to succeed.
You will need good time management skills and a consultative approach, whilst providing every client with an exceptional customer service levels and the best possible advice.
Salary: £24,500 (increasing to £26K after probation), with an OTE £28,000 per year

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Retention/objection handling: 1 year (required)
Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
