Customer Service & Office Administrator
Location: Heathfield, East Sussex
Hours: 32.5 per week (Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm)
Just Value Doors Ltd is a leading supplier of external doors and windows , specialising in UPVC, composite, and aluminium products. We are a fast-growing company with an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding value and customer service.
We are looking for a versatile and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Office Administrator. This role is highly varied and will involve all aspects of office administration, customer service , and general support tasks --essentially being the go-to person for anything and everything required to keep the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, both new sales and aftersales.
- Handling customer complaints with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Liaising with suppliers and colleagues to resolve issues while keeping customers informed.
- Managing and updating customer records using our ticketing, CRM and backend systems.
- Chasing suppliers and customers for order updates, payments, and deliveries.
- Assisting with packaging fixing kits and other small fulfilment tasks.
- General office support, including answering calls, filing, organising stock, and any other tasks required to keep the office running efficiently.
- Occasionally assisting customers face-to-face in our showroom or trade counter.
What We 're Looking For:
- A problem-solver with a can-do attitude who thrives in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer service , particularly complaint handling, is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- A proactive and flexible approach - no two days are the same!
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
