Working Hours - 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday (no weekend work)

Training Consultant responsible for the delivery of Level 2 Hair Professional and Level 3 Advanced and Creative Hair Professional to apprentices in hair salons across Oxfordshire and/or Buckinghamshire or Berkshire.

The aim of this role would be a dedicated account manager for learners, with responsibility for learner’s progress against agreed Individual Learning Plan (ILP). Training Consultants must adhere to all Introtrain policies and procedures, whilst complying with Department for Education funding rules and City & Guilds specifications.

The role will involve recruitment of learners to deliver Hair Professional qualifications to and appointing the salons in which they will work.

The successful candidate will have:-

• A high level of hairdressing occupational standards with relevant qualifications and at least five years experience.
• Education & Training or equivalent teaching qualification.
• TAQA or equivalent assessing qualification.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent IT skills, preferably with experience of e-portfolio.

We will consider a suitable candidate who has experience of assessing and would like to move into a teaching role. Full training would be provided including the delivery of an Education & Training Qualification.

Other requirements:-

• Full clean driving licence.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
