The ideal candidate will provide effective financial reporting and support, and a customer-focused service for Coastline’s development activities.

You will lead on financial reporting for each development programme and scheme, ensuring compliance with grant claims, tax and private subsidy requirements; and on preparing the development and sales information for Coastline’s business plan, quarterly.

You’ll also lead on the sales monitoring reporting (including right to buy, right to acquire and any associated cost floor calculations), ensuring the relevant Government agency is notified as necessary; and be the first point of contact for development and sales VAT and tax queries.

The successful candidate will hold a recognised accountancy qualification fully qualified e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CPFA, ICAEW and have experience of preparing capital appraisals, cash flow forecasts and management accounts.

A full driving licence and basic DBS check are required for this position.
