Job Overview
We’re on the look out for a creative person to manage and execute all RIFT content, with a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. As well as having that creative eye, you’ll have a nice writing style, but will be equally happy working with copywriters to ensure the copy is engaging across all channels including the website, social posts, print, and online and offline ads.
You’ll need to be highly organised and a great communicator as you take on some project management responsibilities, liaising with external creative agencies or freelancers to internal channel managers and stakeholders.
This is a role where you will be rewarded for bringing new ideas and challenging the status quo. If you enjoy working with a close team of higher performers, taking the lead in creative output, and supporting this with an effective brand and content plan, then this could be everything you’re looking for.
This role is 2 days in the Ashford office a week, and 3 days work from home.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company’s objectives, target audiences, and brand guidelines. This strategy should establish clear goals and metrics for success.
- Build, manage and deliver a comprehensive editorial calendar to ensure the timely delivery of content across various digital platforms from website to social media.
- Collaborate with other team members and suppliers to create and oversee the creation of visually compelling and multimedia-rich content assets.
- Continuously monitor and analyse content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversions. Utilise these data-driven insights to formulate recommendations that optimise content strategy.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry best practices, emerging trends, and evolving content formats. Conduct research on industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis.
- Working with suppliers, create and implement posts and manage organic social, including managing and replying to sentiments and comments
- Provide regular reports to the Head of Brand on the performance of the content marketing strategy and its alignment with company objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience managing content and social media
- Experience in an in-house role
- Expert creative understanding of major social media platforms (especially Tiktok & Meta)
- Skilled using content tools from SEMRush plagiarism checker to hootsuite and social creative execution
- Creative, camera-friendly, and passionate about the customer
- Self-motivated, proactive, with a keen eye for creativity and aesthetics
- Analytical mindset with a proven track record of driving engagement
- Nice writing style (copy writing skills desirable but not essential)

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
