MetaCompliance is on a high-growth trajectory, and we’re looking for a Senior Digital Specialist to take our demand generation and digital acquisition strategy to the next level. This role is hands-on, with a strong focus on PPC, paid search, and performance marketing. However, as we scale, this position is expected to evolve into a Head of Demand Generation, leading a team and driving multi-channel pipeline growth.

What You’ll Do (Phase 1 - Senior Digital Specialist)

• Own and optimise PPC campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Bing, Capterra, and Xing.
• Manage SEO, SEM, and website performance to improve conversion rates and reduce CPL.
• Analyse GA and marketing analytics to track performance, identify opportunities, and improve efficiency.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure lead quality and funnel performance.
• Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to execute high-impact paid media strategies.

What You’ll Lead (Phase 2 - Head of Demand Generation)

• Build and scale a demand generation team (paid, content, SEO, and ABM).
• Develop a full-funnel growth strategy that balances inbound and outbound marketing.
• Align marketing and sales efforts to improve lead-to-revenue conversion.
• Drive account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives for enterprise growth.
• Own and optimise marketing attribution and budget allocation across all channels.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Proven experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, paid search, and digital marketing.
✅ Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Bing, and analytics platforms.
✅ Strong data-driven mindset–able to measure, iterate, and scale campaigns effectively.
✅ Experience working closely with sales teams and optimising lead quality and conversion rates.
✅ Strategic mindset–able to balance short-term performance with long-term demand gen growth.
