Job Overview
We are seeking a Chef / Kitchen Assistant to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Hotel hospitality - breakfast and evening restaurant operations. You will be responsible for assisting the Breakfast head chef and Evening Head Chef, overseeing food preparation and production, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards.

Duties

• Kitchen Service 5 nights a week.
• Breakfast Service 5 mornings a week. (6am start)
• Assist head chefs
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain a positive team atmosphere, fostering collaboration among kitchen personnel.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to work Split shifts
• Accommodation option available.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
