This is a Hybrid role where you will be required to go into the office at Magna Park 1-2 times a week, and a monthly visit to The Hub in Northampton.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical launch of the product and subsequent upgrades needed. You will collaborate with Business heads to ensure commercial services partners and customers needs are considered during development of our roadmap.
Some of the key responsibilities for this role are:
- Work closely with Project Managers in translating product managers strategies, ensuring that the results of product management are resulting in quality product features and meeting customer needs.
- Accurately and efficiently managing the prioritisation of various projects and constantly monitoring the subsequent turn of events
- Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including IT Tech, BI & Business development teams to ensure a robust release management & Testing process is in place and adhered to.
- Continuously reviews with Business Development to prioritise business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
- Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including feature upgrades, bug fixes and acceptance test criteria/Risk analysis defined.
- Prioritises and maintains a close link to the Development backlog & General defect management via the Service desk and IT Operational teams.
- Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the Business processes and technology.
- Collaborate with Communication , Business development & training teams to ensure all documentation is up to date according to the current release of the product and that these changes are communicated effectively with the Business.
To be considered for this role, you’ll need:
- An established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles
- Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence solutions, including a wide variety of mechanisms, e.g. dashboards, APIs, real time alerts, etc.
- Experience with procurement, expense management, and treasury businesses and processes
- Bachelor’s degree and product or project development experience
- Always put the customer first
- Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
- High degree of organisation, individual initiative, and personal accountability
