at ADInstrumentsAbout the job
The business
At ADI we are making science easier. We’re a leader in our field and have the team to make it happen. We are passionate about science and technology and creating the best solutions for our customers. Our hardware and software are used by thousands of scientists and educators around the world in top research institutions.
The role
Based in Oxford, as the Marketing Coordinator, you will coordinate and execute marketing plans and activities for the region to grow awareness, generate inquiries, and create ongoing engagement with our products and people.
A major element of the role is coordinating with our Sales and Support teams on their requirements for attending in-person events and conferences, and organising and promoting online events.
In collaboration with the global marketing team you will plan, coordinate, and promote regionally specific digital content for cross-channel publication on the website, emails, and social media. These could include customer stories, case studies, resources (white papers, e-books) and research successes. You’ll be responsible for executing promotional campaigns, including giveaways, specials, or competitions and producing brochures, flyers, newsletters, and merchandise specifically for the UK/EU region.
You’ll be self-motivated to own and drive digital marketing initiatives for the region, from making compelling social media campaigns to creating digital content like e-books or customer stories.
Our customers are life science researchers and educators, so a scientific qualification or experience is a distinct advantage.
Skills and experience
This role would suit someone with a marketing qualification and previous B2B experience who can hit the ground running and take on new challenges with a global organisation. You’ll be an excellent communicator and collaborator with proven experience in event management, email marketing or marketing automation (e.g. Pardot or Hubspot).
Advantageous to your application:
Marketing qualification or experience within a science or technology industry
Scientific background and/or qualification
Writing skills - blogs, articles, interviews
Social media marketing experience
Applications close Friday 28 March. Shortlisting will commence immediately.
