Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced Product Marketing Managers to help take our business to the next level by developing product-specific go-to-market strategies, messaging and collateral that clearly communicates the value of our video streaming solutions to the market.
Our solutions provide real-time, reliable video streaming in bandwidth-constrained environments, supporting industries such as defense, UAVs, aviation, energy, and remote applications.
This role will help bridge the gap between technical product development and the marketplace, ensuring that our solutions are well-positioned, clearly understood by customers and placed directly in front of our target audience.
As one of our first dedicated Product Marketing Managers, you will have the ability to translate our technical innovation into clear, market-ready messaging, ensuring customers understand our product’s capabilities, unique advantages, and use cases. Our product set is heavily centred on video compression and transmission software, so the role requires someone who thrives on detail and is up for the challenge of articulating complex concepts effectively
You will work closely with engineering, sales, and leadership teams to position our solutions effectively and create compelling content that resonates with technical and operational end-users.
You will also collaborate with our Partner Marketing Manager to support lead generation activities, ensuring that all marketing efforts align to drive engagement, educate the market, and generate high-quality leads that feed into our broader commercial strategy.
The ideal candidate:
✔ Industry Expertise:

Previous background of technical product marketing within at least one of the following sectors: Defense, UAV and Aviation, Energy, Video Management Systems, Satellite Communications.

Strong skillset of Product Marketing & Technical Writing within video, networking or communications product areas.

Experience creating B2B marketing materials for technical products.

Digital content distribution.

Ability to convert complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content that converts.

Track record of creating whitepapers, solution briefs, product catalogues, technical resource docs, FAQ’s, external education guides and sales materials.

Lead Generation & partner collaboration.
-
Experience working alongside inhouse marketing teams to create high-impact campaigns.

Ability to develop targeted content that supports lead generation and demand creation.

Experienced in product marketing, value proposition development.

Experience in attending market events and trade shows to engage with customers and partners
✔ Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement:

Experience launching B2B technology products and developing targeted go-to-market strategies.

Strong ability to craft customer personas, pain points, and competitive positioning.

Competitor analysis and market evaluation

Act as the voice of the customer, leveraging market research, customer feedback, and data insights to inform product positioning and messaging.
✔ Communication & Stakeholder Management:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Confident working with highly technical teams to extract key product insights and customer benefits.

Work closely with product managers to align goals, bridging product and commercial performance. Establish a feedback loop to track market performance against KPIs.
