The ideal candidate will be responsible for quoting jobs from customers drawings, using nesting software to calculate materials required and run times, collating all costs and submitting formal quotes. Upon order, the job will then need to be programmed and managed through the production process.

Full training available.

Responsibilities

  • Review customer’s drawings and modify / edit for input to the quoting software
  • Review all costs involved
  • Submit formal quotes
  • Deal with each customer throughout the order and production process

Experience

  • Knowledge of CAD desirable but not essential
  • Use of profile nesting software advantageous
  • Good PC skills, Microsoft etc.
  • Good communication skills
  • Good working as part of a team

Advantages

Experience within the Engineering sector, especially profile cutting would be beneficial.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
