We are looking for experienced support workers to support our client, a fun and sociable young man with complex care needs in the community.

Your role will include:

• Supporting our client with accessing planned activities and to research other appropriate activities and days out.
• To maintain structure and routine to ensure consistency.
• You will be working closely with the client’s mother and alongside a care team providing 2:1 support.
• To maintain our client’s safety and care needs.

Working Hours:

This is a bank position.

Rates of Pay:

Weekdays: £20.00 per hour

Weekends: £22.00 per hour

Requirements:

• At least three years experience working in a care setting.
• Previous experience supporting with complex needs.
• Experience of working closely with families.
• At least NVQ L2 in Health & Social Care
• Experience with Tracheostomy, PEG, Nebulisers, and Suctioning is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
• A full and clean driving licence is essential.
