Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team within healthcare recruitment (Private Sector). In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on lead generation and relationship management to attract top talent. You will utilise various recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS systems such as Taleo, Workday, and PeopleSoft, to streamline the hiring process. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage social media will be crucial in promoting our brand and engaging potential candidates.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to generate leads and attract candidates.
- This will be recruiting RGN, RMNS, RNLDS, HEALTHCARE ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT WORKERS.
- Within Private Healthcare Hospitals, Care Homes with Nursing & Residential, Supported Living servioces and Social Housing.
- Utilise various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) including Taleo, Workday, and PeopleSoft to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
- Leverage social media management tools to enhance employer branding and reach a wider audience.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate records in HRIS systems for compliance and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role within a fast-paced environment. RGN, RMNS, SUPPORT WORKERS, Registered Managers all across the UK.
- Able to place Healthcare professionals from newly qualified, mid management and all the way to senior board level, also be able to be transparent in being taught to work within the USA market.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and relationship management strategies.
- Proficiency in using ATS systems such as Taleo, Workday, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A background in Human Resources or related fields is preferred but not essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,256.41-£27,861.89 per year
