Join LSH Auto as a Sales Executive - New Cars and take the next step in your automotive career! We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to represent our prestigious brand and assist customers in finding their perfect new car.
In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional customer experience, showcasing our latest models, and meeting sales targets.
Hours: 40 per week
Salary: £25,400 plus uncapped OTE plus company car
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and present appropriate new vehicle options.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Negotiate sale terms and close deals while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to provide informed sales advice.
- Achieve personal and team sales targets and contribute to dealership success.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven sales experience, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused attitude and ability to build rapport.
- Motivated and ambitious with a desire to exceed sales targets.
- A valid UK driving licence.
- A genuine passion for new cars and the automotive market.
