About the Role:

3B Data Security (part of UBDS Group) are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Director to lead their dynamic sales team in the cyber security sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working within the cyber security industry, with a strong drive for personal and professional growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can formulate and execute a go-to-market strategy, drive the team to meet and exceed targets, and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.

  • Drive sales performance through effective team leadership and motivation.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data and reports.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across both the private and public sectors.

  • Represent 3B Data Security at industry events and conferences, effectively selling the company’s services and capabilities.

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and Group CRO to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Digital Forensics

  • Penetration Testing

  • Information Security Consulting (Governance Risk & Compliance)

  • Cyber Incident Response (CIR)

  • Security Operations Centre (SOC)

KPI’s:

  1. Sales Targets Achievement:
    
  • Percentage of sales targets met or exceeded.
  • Revenue growth compared to previous periods.
  1. Go-to-Market Strategy Execution:
    
  • Successful implementation of the go-to-market strategy.
  • Market penetration and expansion metrics.
  1. Team Performance:
    
  • Team productivity and efficiency.
  • Individual performance metrics for team members.
  1. Client Acquisition and Retention:
    
  • Number of new clients acquired within target market.
  • Client retention rates and satisfaction scores.
  1. Sales Data Accuracy:
    
  • Timeliness and accuracy of sales data and reports.
  • Reduction in data discrepancies and errors.
  1. Network Expansion:
    
  • Growth and engagement within the cyber security industry network.
  • Number of industry events attended and new connections made.
  1. Collaboration with Leadership:
    
  • Alignment of sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with the CEO and Group CRO.

  • Extensive experience of working in a senior sales position within the cyber security industry.

  • Extensive network within the cyber security across a range of industries.

  • Proven ability to sell complex cyber security solutions and services.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to formulate and execute effective sales strategies.
