About the Role:
3B Data Security (part of UBDS Group) are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Director to lead their dynamic sales team in the cyber security sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working within the cyber security industry, with a strong drive for personal and professional growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can formulate and execute a go-to-market strategy, drive the team to meet and exceed targets, and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.

Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.

Drive sales performance through effective team leadership and motivation.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data and reports.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across both the private and public sectors.

Represent 3B Data Security at industry events and conferences, effectively selling the company’s services and capabilities.

Collaborate closely with the CEO and Group CRO to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
