Abbey Access Ltd is on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!
- Location: Ystradgynlais, near Swansea
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Who We Are
We’re a successful and expanding company that import and sell generators, ladders, and tools, and we need someone who’s confident, organised, and ready to learn. We provide full training to get you up to speed.
What You 'll Be Doing
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing orders and organising returns & collections
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting customer issues
- Creating quotations and assisting with sales support
- Speaking to customers & suppliers to ensure smooth transactions
What We 're Looking For
- Strong I.T. skills - you’ll be using various systems daily
- GCSEs (or equivalent) - including Maths and English (C or above)
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Great communication skills and the ability to stay organised
