LendingMetrics is one of the UK’s leading providers of financial technology, working in partnership with both Experian and Equifax. We offer a diverse range of decisioning software and data services to the online lending industry in both the UK and Australia. We primarily supply services to UK clients, however, we have ambitious plans for growth and are looking to expand into new territories overseas.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Projects team. This is a fantastic role for someone with a strong customer service background who is looking for a long term, development opportunity. It will primarily focus on planning and managing a range of internal and client driven IT/technical based projects of varying size, primarily concerned with credit risk decisioning and data.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Project Manager for any required projects:
o Attend regular client project meetings.
o Take minutes and actions from internal and external meetings.
o Maintain PM Asana boards and tasks, ensuring that all projects are up to date.
o Act as a first level of support, coordinating support and work from the development/support teams where required.
- Project manage the implementation of products for clients:
o Chair any client project meetings.
o Ensure progress is being made, expectations are being managed and risks and concerns are identified and resolved.
o Act as the first point of escalation for the client, handling contractual and service-related escalations during the implementation process with the support of relevant internal teams.
o Facilitate open and honest discussions on issues with clients, using problem-solving skills to adapt to the needs of the client with a solutions-focused mindset.
o Encourage client progression through the project phases, highlighting any risks or delays to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and work with internal teams, particularly the Business Analysts and Developers, to deliver work in a timely manner.
- Project manage the delivery of R&D features:
o Ensure that all development items are estimated.
o Ensure progress is tracked and reported on.
- Monitor data input for development team KPIs to ensure high data quality.
- Support the compilation of KPI data for analytics.
- Act as operational point of contact for Equifax and Experian partnerships.
- Monitor usage of products for live use for contractual and billing purposes.
Key Skills, Competencies & Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Exceptional level of attention to detail
- A logical thinker with a strong aptitude for problem solving
- Interested in learning the technical side of the products & services
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Degree educated preferred, but not essential
- Prince2 qualifications welcomed, but not essential
Only candidates within a reasonable commuting distance will be considered.

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
