We are excited to announce an opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive Events & Marketing Assistant to join our growing team.

Join our growing team as we embark on an exciting journey to elevate our brand! We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Events & Marketing Assistant who is ready to take on new responsibilities and make a meaningful impact in our organisation.

Key Responsibilities: .

  • Strategise & Implement: Formulate and execute marketing plans and strategies to grow sales, enhance brand awareness and foster customer engagement.
  • Create & Review: Develop and refine marketing collateral that resonates with our audience and reflects our brand identity.
  • Event Logistics: Assist in coordinating event logistics, including finalising dates, preparing descriptions and managing all related tasks to ensure seamless execution.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest and oversee enhancements to our event management processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimise results and drive success.
  • Delegate Communication: Engage with delegates post-event via phone and email to gather feedback and address any queries, ensuring a positive experience.

What we 're looking for

  • Education: Minimum A-level educated (or equivalent); a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in marketing or events is a plus.

WORKING HOURS:

This position offers flexibility with part-time (2 days per week) or full-time options, depending on the candidate. There is potential for this role to transition into a full-time position as we continue to grow.
