Bry-Kol Developments is a well-established business situated in Stoke-on-Trent and is currently seeking a Mechanical Projects Manager to join our existing team, dealing direct with clients and main building contractors alike.

The candidate will need experience of dealing with all aspects of mechanical services from initial tender allocation through to handover.

Duties will include;

• Estimating
• Site surveys
• Overall management
• Purchasing
• Managing suppliers and subcontractors
• Programming
• Site co-ordination
• Health & safety control
• Variation submittals to final account.

A design background would be beneficial but not essential however, knowledge of mechanical services (Air conditioning, Ventilation, Heating and plumbing systems) is essential.

The candidate must be familiar with the construction industry, must have strong two-way communication skills and the ability to manage and deliver projects to programme with a high standard.

The scale of projects can vary from 2k-500k and the candidate should be able to travel anywhere within the UK but particularly in and around central London.

An attractive package is on offer with negotiable salary up to £60k, based on experience.
