Duties

Experience

• Extensive background in financial management with the ability to manage budgets effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels of the organisation.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in developing strategic initiatives that drive organisational success is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement reputation management strategies
• Monitor and analyze brand perception across media and social platforms
• Handle crisis communications and reputation recovery plans
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, media, and industry influencers
• Manage public relations campaigns and corporate communications
• Oversee online reputation, including review management and social media monitoring
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and strategic messaging
• Stay ahead of industry trends and public sentiment to proactively manage risks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum [X] years of experience in reputation management, PR, or corporate communications
• Proven track record in crisis management and brand protection
• Strong media relations and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
• Experience in digital reputation monitoring and management tools
