Pre-Sales Business Analyst

Location: Lincoln, United Kingdom (on site)

You must be a UK national due to the nature of the tasking and allow for security vetting (UKSV) if not already obtained.

We are currently looking for a Pre-Sales Business Analyst to join our Sales & Marketing team to drive forward business growth. You must be able to work closely with the sales team and internal stakeholders to deliver technical proposals and product demos. If you have a working knowledge and are passionate about technology, customer solutions, and working in a collaborative environment, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that pre-sales engagements such as product demonstrations, proposals, and technical evaluations are created for prospective clients, showcasing our product to meet their business needs.
• Understand the customer requirements, preparing tailored solutions.
• Scheduling and coordinating resourcing, meetings, demos and tech workshops between the customer and internal stakeholders.
• Tracking and managing pre-sales deliverables to ensure timely responses to customer needs.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure all pre-sales collateral, such as presentations, demos and whitepapers align with SRC UK’s branding, ethos and values.

Experience & Skills:

• Understanding of prototyping development tools such as Python and Figma is a plus.
• Able to standup tech stacks to support what they build in Linux and Windows environments (both virtual and bare metal).
• Proven experience in pre-sales or consulting role, ideally within a commercial or MOD/Defence environment.
• Strong can-do attitude, communication & presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, engineering and product development to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

Degree in one of the following fields:

• Business Information Systems / Business Analysis
• Computer Science / Software Engineering
• UX/UI Design
