Foundation Coffee House are looking for a motivated individual to come on board and help maintain our high standard of service. The role is a senior position however, you will be expected to work as part of a small team and effectively work alone too . The day to day running of the kitchen fall into your hands. You will be expected to place orders and track compliance. You will report directly to the General Manger of the site. We are looking for someone who has worked in a similar role and has a passion for serving some great brunch!

Daytime hours (Mon-Fri) 7:00am-4:30pm (Sat-Sun) 8:00am-4:30pm

Job Duties:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
• Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards

Additional Duties:

• Food ordering/stock in take
• Recording food temperatures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
