Euro Car Parks (ECP) has over 48 years of car parking experience delivering market leading parking technology and solutions to a broad range of national and multinational companies. Our technology is first in class but our personal touch and experience is what sets us apart. Every day, our systems process millions of car movements to safeguard our clients’ parking assets, and provide good value to millions of drivers. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Product Owner to take charge of our software products, ensuring they meet market demands and continue to deliver value to our customers.

As the Product Owner, you will manage the roadmap for several distinct software products designed and built in-house to provide everything from clients portals to parking enforcement. You will work closely with engineering, UX, sales, and other stakeholders to define and prioritise features, set development priorities, and ensure alignment with our strategic goals. Your goal is to enhance the quality, functionality, and efficiency of each product to better serve our clients and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

·Product Roadmap Development: Define and maintain the roadmap for each product, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.

·Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders across departments to gather input, understand needs, and communicate product vision and goals.

·Feature Prioritisation: Develop and prioritise a well-defined backlog, balancing technical needs, feature requests, and long-term strategic objectives.

·Requirements Gathering: Work with customers, sales, and support teams, in partnership with the business analysis function, to understand and document user requirements, turning them into clear user stories and actionable tasks.

·Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse performance metrics, user feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform product improvements and adjustments to the roadmap.

·Product Launch Management: Own the launch and iteration process for each product, ensuring that features are well-tested, documented, and delivered on schedule.

·Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and refine processes to ensure efficiency, transparency, and alignment with team objectives.

·Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that products meet high standards of usability and effectiveness.

About you:

·Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a services company with a significant highly customised software suite, with a track record of managing multiple products simultaneously.

·Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with software development, ideally including some knowledge of GDPR UK, infringement processing, or similar areas.

·Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with experience in using metrics to drive product decisions.

·Agile Methodologies: Practical experience working in agile environments, including experience in backlog management, sprint planning, and working closely with engineering teams.

·Project Management: Exceptional project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver results within tight timelines.

·Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

·Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify challenges, evaluate solutions, and drive impactful decisions that enhance product effectiveness.

Preferred Skills:

·Experience working with products in high-volume, data-intensive environments. Knowledge of infringement case-building or similar domains.

·Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and roadmap software.

Why Join Us?

·Impact: Play a critical role in providing services people use every day, on a massive scale.

·Innovation: Drive the development of high-impact software products in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·Growth: Enjoy opportunities for personal and professional growth in a supportive company culture.
