Our Client is seeking an experienced customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Representative. As a Customer Relations Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain profitable relationships with key clients
• Attend both face to face and Teams (or other) meeting with your client base on regular basis
• Booking appointments for site assessments and arranging access.
• Ensure all site visits are undertaken by our technical staff within allocated timeframes and the reports are delivered on time and with accurate information.
• Ensure all reports are audited and formatted before submitting to client
• Ensure all invoicing for your clients is completed and correct by month end
• Resolve customer enquiries and complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Expand the clients portfolio by upselling and cross-selling.
• Conduct business review meeting with our Operations Director on a weekly basis, through our Monday Morning Business Review Meetings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

• Yearly bonus
