Our Client is seeking an experienced customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Representative. As a Customer Relations Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our company and make a positive impact on our customers’ experience.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain profitable relationships with key clients
- Attend both face to face and Teams (or other) meeting with your client base on regular basis
- Booking appointments for site assessments and arranging access.
- Ensure all site visits are undertaken by our technical staff within allocated timeframes and the reports are delivered on time and with accurate information.
- Ensure all reports are audited and formatted before submitting to client
- Ensure all invoicing for your clients is completed and correct by month end
- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Expand the clients portfolio by upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct business review meeting with our Operations Director on a weekly basis, through our Monday Morning Business Review Meetings
To be considered for this role we are looking for someone who:
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
- Is a team player with excellent leadership skills.
- Can maintain a positive attitude focused on client satisfaction
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Yearly bonus
