• Provide a professional, friendly and knowledgeable service to our customers.
• Customer service - answering calls, emails, chats understanding queries and resolving efficiently.
• Creating customer orders using Weighsoft.
• Taking credit card payments for jobs.
• Calling customers - discussing pricing queries, providing updates.
• Investigating invoice queries.
• Cross checking purchase orders - ensuring all necessary paperwork are compliant.
• Applying for any necessary permits for vehicles.
• For more challenging situations, the ability to think creatively to find a solution to the customer’s issue is a hallmark of the service we expect to provide.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £32,000.00 per year
