Digital Marketing Manager
at Potters Resorts Hopton-On-SeaAbout the job
Company Description
Would you like to lead the marketing for the UK’s best holiday Resorts, voted No.1 by Which? readers two years in a row? With 105 years of history, two five-star locations, and a history of award-winning excellence, we don’t just sell holidays; we set the standard.
Marketing is challenging when the product is average, but that’s not our problem. We’re the best, and we need someone who is too.
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll own our digital strategy across our fully inclusive, five-star resorts. This isn’t just about running campaigns; it’s about driving engagement, boosting conversions, and strengthening brand loyalty.
You’ll lead a talented team, managing marketing and web design to ensure every campaign is executed flawlessly. You won’t handle design or sales but collaborate closely to create a seamless digital experience. From PPC and email automation to AI-driven marketing and customer journey optimisation, you’ll shape our online presence and push us further.
We need a leader, not just a strategist. Someone who inspires, mentors, and brings out the best in their team. With in-house design, video, web, and content teams at your disposal, you’ll be free to explore new tech, refine strategies, and keep us ahead of the competition.
If you’re a data-driven digital expert with a proven track record and a passion for leadership, we want to hear from you.
