What We 're Looking For:

• Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or sales within FinTech or payments
• Strong network and ability to build strategic, revenue-generating partnerships
• A commercial mindset with experience negotiating high-value deals
• Passion for innovation and driving growth in a fast-paced scale-up environment
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid role (Cambridge office + remote flexibility)
