Are you a visionary Graphic Designer looking for an exciting opportunity to shape, expand, and elevate a well-established health and wellness brand? The New You Plan is on a mission to revolutionise health & wellness, and we’re looking for a creative powerhouse to bring our brand to life across multiple platforms.

This is a brand-new in-house role , offering the opportunity to own the creative direction and, over time, build and lead a design team as the company grows. If you love branding, packaging design, social media content, and all things creative , this could be the perfect role for you!

What You 'll Be Working On:

• Full Packaging Design - Lead the branding and packaging design for our entire product range, including:
• Supplements
• Meal Replacements
• Collagen Range
• Protein Range
• Hydration Drinks
• E-commerce & Shopify - Ensure our new Shopify website has a highly polished, on-brand design, enhancing customer experience and conversions. Create high-converting product images for launches and promotions.
• Creatives for Paid Social Advertising - Design highly engaging and conversion-focused creatives for Meta Ads and other paid social campaigns.
• Social Media Content - Develop visually engaging assets for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to elevate brand awareness and engagement.
• Video Editing (Basic) - Some light video editing for online ads and social media content is a bonus.
• Email Templates - Design beautiful email templates for automated flows and campaigns.
• Customer Experience Materials - Design everything a customer interacts with, including:
• Welcome leaflets & packaging inserts
• Journals, booklets, pdfs & marketing materials
• Brand Development - Work closely with leadership and the product manager to refine and evolve The New You Plan’s bright, bold, and energetic brand identity across all products and touchpoints.

Who We 're Looking For:

• Mid to Senior-Level Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva , and some video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
• Experience designing for direct-to-consumer e-commerce and physical products.
• Creative yet strategic - You bring bold ideas but can also take constructive feedback to refine and strengthen your designs.
• An independent problem solver - This is our first in-house design role , so we need someone who can take ownership and bring ideas to life.
• Passion for health, wellness, and body transformations - Understanding our customer journey is key!
• Ambition & Leadership Potential - This role has the potential to evolve into a Head of Design position, where you’ll build and lead a creative team.
