Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle office administration, including scheduling and record-keeping
  • Communicate with drivers, clients, and council representatives
  • Manage vehicle rental agreements and ensure proper documentation
  • Oversee payments, invoices, and general office tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and council contracts

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, emails, data entry)
  • Previous office/admin experience is a plus but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £15.88 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
