Salary: £35,235 - £37,938 a year pro rata

We are looking for someone with a strong background in office management to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain administrative systems, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
You’ll work closely with staff and stakeholders at all levels to foster teamwork, develop performance management systems, and ensure services are always improving. Your ability to handle complex information, manage budgets, and oversee policies and procedures will be key to your success. As a valued member of the team, you’ll also support our ongoing commitment to equality in service delivery and compliance with adult social care legislation.

About you
You have proven office management experience and thrive in a supervisory role. Your communication skills are outstanding, and you are adept at working independently while managing your workload. You enjoy solving problems, analysing information, and recommending improvements to ensure everything runs as efficiently as possible.
This is a public facing role so you’ll need to show off your fluency in speaking and writing English
