We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer and Floor Planner with at least 2 years photography experience to join our dynamic team in a full time role. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality images of properties and producing accurate floor plans during on-site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits to various properties to capture high-quality images that highlight their unique features and appeal.
• Produce accurate floor plans using specialised software and equipment.
• Ensure that all images and floor plans meet our company’s quality standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate with the studio and booking team to understand client needs and preferences.
• Maintain an organised schedule and efficiently manage time to meet deadlines and appointments.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in photography techniques and equipment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a photographer, preferably in the property industry.
• Proficiency in using professional photography equipment and editing software.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for composition and framing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in producing floor plans is preferred, but not required and training will be provided.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
