We are after that special someone to come and join our friendly team as a photographer, videographer, floor planner, drone photographer, energy assessor, Matterport 3D Showcase operator.

The characteristics suited for this position would be best described as a go getter, a people person, someone independent and happy to work remotely. Along with being organised, considerate, smart and professional at all times.

Our ideal candidate would have at least 5 years property photography and videography experience, be DEA qualified and be able to draw RICS compliant plans.

Please could you only apply if you live within a 20 mile radius of Fareham, Hampshire due to the amount of driving required for the job (this unfortunately excludes applicants residing on the Isle of Wight).

We appreciate the job can be stressful, to help alleviate the stress, we have now brought in an admin staff member who will book everyone’s diaries in for them, so you can truly concentrate on the job in hand and what you do best - i.e. undergoing 5 great jobs per day.

You do not have a permanent allotted area; we all work together to undertake the workload. This position is to support the whole team across Hampshire and West Sussex.

We pay mileage and provide employees with all the necessary kit to perform your duties, ie. tablet, phone, camera, lighting etc.

For this position, only people with a valid driving license and car need apply.

Experienced Candidate- Salary £30,000

Full time or part time contract available
